What information is required to set up my store on click2k?

In order to set up your store, all you need is your name, store name and email address.

How to set up my store on click2k?

Once you pick one of our pricing plans, you will be asked for basic information such as your name and email address. Then, you can enter your store name to get click2k custom URL. You can register by completing the payment.

Can I use my existing URL instead of click2k URL?

Yes. If you already have a store URL, you can log in with click2k URL first and change the domain name through your profile.

Can I cancel my account after registering?

Yes. If you think click2k is not right for your business needs, you can cancel your subscription anytime. In that case, renewal of subscription will not be done but the current plan (monthly or yearly) will continue till the end of the plan period.

Can I sell different products in-store and online?

Yes. It is up to you to decide which products you want to sell online. You can sell different products online as compared to in-store products. No issues with that.

How long are your commitments?

It depends on the plan you choose. Monthly plans have month-to-month commitments while annual plans have yearlong commitments.

Do we get any discounts?

Yes. If you take yearly subscription, 2 months subscription fee will be waived off. Check out more details on our pricing page.

Do I need a website to set up my store on click2k?

No. You can set up your store without any existing website. Click2k gives you custom URL in that case and you can share the link to your customers via multiple platforms.

Will you guide us in setting up our store?

Yes. Our 24 X 7 customer care is always available to assist you with any doubts or queries you have. You can contact us anytime.

Can I switch subscription plans when I want?

Yes. You can change subscriptions whenever you want. Your new plan will be active once your current subscription period is over.

What are the payment modes available for buying subscription plans?

Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking and UPI are the payment modes available for getting a subscription.

What types of products or services can be sold on Click2k platform?

All kinds of products and services can be sold through Click2k platform – e-commerce, daily food/milk subscriptions, restaurants, doctor appointments, educational courses and materials, automobile repair and maintenance services, food delivery, groceries delivery, etc. These are just a few examples. You can deliver any kind of services on our platform.

Can you build custom websites?

Yes. We do build custom websites based on client requirements. You can contact us and let us know what you have on mind, we’ll take care of the rest.

Do I get my custom name for domain?

Yes. We offer custom domain names to all our customers irrespective of the plans they choose. You can add the domain name while signing up with us.

Can I use my existing domain on Click2k?

Yes. You can use your existing domain name on click2k. Once you sign up with us, you can change domain name in your client account.

Do you have inbuilt SEO?

Yes. Click2k has inbuilt SEO which makes it easier for you to improve your search results on google and improve your search engine rankings.

Who takes care of shipping and delivery?

You should handle your own shipping and delivery. Click2k doesn’t involve in handling shipments and deliveries.
